Sinn Design ▪ Build’s model cottage at The Cottages of Ladue at Dwyer Place will open on May 19, 2006. As St. Louis’ first authentic cottage development, The Cottages of Ladue at Dwyer Place offers manageable homes with luxury amenities.
The $1.1 million model cottage, which is located at #31 Dwyer Place in Ladue, represents the authentic cottage-style architecture of the development. Standard features of the model home include a master suite and bath, hardwood floors and custom interior design selections. The model cottage also includes the latest home technology, including a streamlined technology package, security system, In-Ceiling speakers for whole-house audio, and a home theater with a Plasma TV.
The model cottage will be open to the public during Ladue’s Dogwood Days celebration, which begins on May 20, 2006.
