The Sinn team is more than a remodeling company“While searching for a new house, we found a beautiful home in a great location – but we knew we needed to make some changes to better fit the way we live. Our real estate agent, who we knew was very particular, suggested Sinn Design Build for the remodeling. Trusting her recommendation, we called Tricia immediately and set up a meeting.
Before we even closed on the house, Tricia had gone in and begun to fine-tune a design for the kitchen. She worked to visualize and come up with innovative design features. Furthermore, Tricia encouraged us to remodel the master bed and bath at the same time we were remodeling the kitchen -- a decision we later thanked her for.
Before this project, I felt cut off from friends and family while cooking in the kitchen -- Sinn helped us create a kitchen that is the hub of our home and reorganized our space into open and inviting rooms that make our home livable and comfortable. An addition was also added to the master bedroom to expand our space and ceilings were heightened and coffered. Tricia’s vision for paint colors, focal points and design features are details we never would have thought of that enhance our home.
As far as selection, Sinn works with an excellent network of partners and suppliers that made it easy. The suppliers walked us through the process and made selecting countertops, lighting, appliances, and more nearly stress-free.
The team at Sinn becomes much more than a remodeling company. Frank and Casey from Sinn helped us solve a water problem at our house — completely unrelated to the remodeling project. The whole Sinn staff was proactive and went above and beyond proving they really do care about their clients.
